Got wrong pizza, called corporate phone number, rep said I would get phone call from manager at Mud Lane Store Louisville KY, charged me double, waited 2 hours for pizza delivery, store won't answer phones when people call, and when a person does answer, its not the store but some foreign person that can't speak english correctly and gives attitude when speaking. This store doesn't do anything but rob people of their money and can care less about quality. Then when they do deliver get a disgusting looking individual and that obviously doesn't have good hygein and who knows what germs, covid, or whatever else they have. If this isn't a reason to file a complaint, I don't know what is. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Papa John's Delivery service for pizza ordered

We ordered pizza at 6:45 p.m. and since we had not received the pizza by 8:30 p.m. I called the Papa John's pizza place we ordered from. The first girl told me I wish you would have called earlier as we only have one driver and everybody has to order thru door dash so she got the manager on the phone.
She said the guy had just returned so I asked about how long 30 min, an hour and only answers I could get from the manager were I don't know.
My son worked at a pizza place and was laughing at the I don't know answers.
So the time we received our pizzas was: at 8:49 - so it took two hours and ten minutes to deliver a slightly warm pizza. NOT HAPPY
And my card has already been charged for the pizzas.

Papa John's bad pizza

Bought a large, 3 topping, thin crust pizza. Paid $35 with tax and delivery, pizza was terrible, crust was way too thin, falling apart and hardly any toppings. What toppings that were there were very skimpy and hardly any cheese. Purchased in Kingston, ON. online. Never will buy from Papa John's again and will certainly tell our friends and family about this.

Papa John's Delivery

Almost every time I order online me for delivery, when it is almost time for me to receive my order, I get a call from the store manager telling me he doesn't have a delivery driver! This has happened several times. First, if you do not have enough delivery drivers on staff, I should be allowed to order delivery on line. Secondly, why wait until the food is supposed to be delivered then call me and tell me you don't have a driver. If I wanted my food delivered by DoorDash, I would ordered through them! One manager even tried to get snappy with me when he had to call me several times before I answered. How many people in this world answer unknown phone calls? Not me! This is poor customer service and I will not be ordering food from them again.

Papa John's Unauthorised credit card changes/wrong food order

Dear Sir/Madam
On Friday 30th April 2021, my Husband Dean Parsall placed an online order with your Braintree order, and they took the money twice.
We ordered 1x All the Meats, 1x Chicken Poppers, 1x hot piri piri poppers, 1x cheesey jalepeno bites, 1x cheesy potato tos with bacon...

What we received was 2x all the meats (Supposedly - we have a photo of the pizza and there is hardly any meat on it at all)... the second pizza had pineapple on which i am allergic too, so we would not have ordered that... the cheesy potato tots with bacon had 3 pieces (1 cm diameter) of bacon on it, and burnt cheese...

We tried phoning hte store over 35 times as it took over an hour to be delivered, and the response we got was "phone head office"... and when the delivery guy turned up he just shrugged at us, as if we were us at fault for the delay in the pizza turning up ...

When we sat down to eat the food it was disgusting and in the end we threw the potato tots away, the whole of the second pizza (which we did not order) as i am seriously allergic to pineapple, and we tried the all the meats pizza but it was disgusting and we ate about 4 slices ... the rest went in the bin. We have photo's of the disgusting food that was supposed to be "All the meats".

about 10 days ago I had an interview with a manager of papa john's and I was asked to come in for a trail the day after at 3. I went there at 3 and someone else instead of that manager was running the shift who completely denied having in the store. I called his manager and had to make them have a discussion about this issue, finally he asked me to come in at 6 and start. I went there, made pizzas, made the orders and everything at time, as my 1 and a half year experience at papa john's at another store helped me bring my skills here too. I asked him if when you want me to come back again or if you didn't like my work I could look for another job. he asked me to bring in my documents tomorrow and start work. I took time off the college and went to the shop to bring them my documents but he denied taking my documents and asked me to come back on Friday (two days time) at an unknown time, I asked him if when he want me to come in and he asked me for my mobile number, saying he would call me and let me know about the time. I waited for the next 5 days waiting for his call but I didn't receive any call or text. I texted him back on the same number but I didn't get any response in return. I decided to show up to the shop the following Monday hoping to know what happened and why? I found out they completely dumped me, saying I never went to the shop on my second day or showed up which he clearly said he would call me, he could not even make an eye contact when I told him in front of everyone that I waiting on his call with a big smile on my face, I was here waiting to get call or a response, while I could looking for another job during this period. They promised me the job but wasted my time and had me waiting for it. I truly believe this is so unfair and the fact that I got a legal verbal contract which was broken without my knowledge or consent. I am not sure if they done that intentionally or unintentionally but this should not happen to someone else and they must acknowledge that this act was not legal and hurtful.

I ordered pizza online for delivery... twice went back and put in my promotional code from my email. Entered my payment information and checked out. Upon order being placed and checked my receipt found I was charged full price for my order no promo code applied?!
Went back checked my email and code is effective until March 8, 2021!
Code is JP50, my order should have been approx $27.50. Instead was charged $54.97, before taxes( which would've been less)
In this day and age glitches like this shouldn't be happening! I expect to have this resolved and refunded ASAP!!
